Please take some time to read the following conditions applicable to the use and enjoyment of products and services provided on the site.

ONLINE PAYMENTS – CHEQUE & Direct Debit Not Accepted
Skin & Light Medi Clinic is under no obligation to ship any goods ordered until full payment has been received. For online product purchases, we accept a number of different payment gateways for you to choose from. Failure to complete the process presented by your selected payment gateway (e.g. PayPal or Afterpay) will result in your purchase being suspended. If payment has not been fully processed within 3 days, we reserve the right to cancel your online order.
Afterpay is now Available in our store, however an additional surcharge of 8% will be added to the total amount during checkout due to exact high charges impose on merchants via this service.
Alternatively you may wish to pay in cash or EFTPOS which will not incur any surcharge at this point in our salon.
OUT OF STOCK POLICY
While we go to every effort to ensure our website reflects current stock levels and availability, sometimes certain products or product lines can be temporality out of stock. We’ll contact you if this occurs to discuss your options namely:
- Offer you an alternative, similarly priced product,
- Put your order on backorder so once it comes in, we’ll ship it straight to you, or
- We’ll issue you a full refund via our online platform back into the
We understand that sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
If you do need to reschedule or cancel, we require 24 hours notice or a cancellation fee may apply.
‘No show’ appointments will be charged at FULL PRICE and gift vouchers will be voided.
“No show’ for pre-paid treatments will be forfeited, i.e. No Refunds. Someone else could have booked in for that treatment timeslot and we value the time of our wonderful therapists and staff.

Sometimes we change our minds, and that’s fine. If you’d like to return a product, firstly contact us or call (07) 4041 5105 to discuss.
You’ll need to send your products back (at your own expense) and in Re-saleable Condition* (i.e. undamaged, unopened and unused) within 30 days of your order date. Upon receiving your return and assessing its condition, we’ll contact you regarding either an exchange, salon credit or online voucher.
*Re-saleable Condition – All returned products and their associated packaging/instructions much be undamaged, still security/safety sealed and unused. To qualify for an exchange, salon credit or online voucher, your items MUST be received by us in the same condition as you received them. To ensure this, we advice you carefully pack your items for return well with sufficient bubble wrap or other protective packaging. Also clearly label your package to ensure we receive it.

Sorry, we do not accept returns on sale items (except were we are legally bound and required by law).
If you qualify, any exchange, credit or voucher will only be processed and dispatched once your originally purchased goods have been received and inspected by one of our in-salon staff.
Full and partial refunds are ONLY available under certain circumstances and are at our discretion.
